Broken Arrow is a treatment foster care program with a difference.

Broken Arrow Residential Treatment Services opened in December 2004 as a residential treatment program licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services in Ontario. Broken Arrow specializes in Treatment Foster Care and has foster homes throughout the province of Ontario from Thunder Bay to North Bay, Peterborough, Cobourg, London, and Kingston and is expanding all across Ontario in order to meet the needs of the children placed here.  Our specially trained foster homes are supported by clinicians to ensure that children have their needs accurately assessed, goals developed and treatment plans implemented.

Broken Arrow Residential Treatment Services is designed to accommodate children or youth from birth up to eighteen years of age, of either gender, that are culturally and religiously diverse and who have higher levels of behavioural, emotional, educational and mental health treatment needs.

Our specially trained foster homes are supported by clinicians to ensure that children placed have their needs accurately assessed, goals developed, and treatment plans implemented. Broken Arrow has access to various clinical supports including, but not limited to, psychologists and individual therapists to more accurately pinpoint and meet the needs of the children placed with us.

The program also provides the children placed within our foster homes a number of exciting recreational and personal growth opportunities including; camping, sports, and community outings that are geared to the development and nurturing of cultural, social, physical and emotional strengths, as well as competencies to have some fun.
